What is MyCustomWall?

MyCustomWall is a professional Australian printing company which has over 70 years printing experience. MyCustomWall uses the number 1 in self-adhesive polyester fabric printed in Australia on non-toxic and environmentally friendly material.

No need to change paint on the walls, we use full blockout material that can be easily installed on virtually any reasonable surface and withstand different climate conditions. In addition, the print can be moved and re-applied over and over again to suit kids room shuffles, new arrivals or just a change of scenery.

Forget the small decals or canvas prints and upgrade to a spectacular full wall mural using our online store. MyCustomWall provides a product that can lift the mood in any room but more importantly ensure you fall in love with your new custom room.

You can select from our many images in the gallery or upload your own favourite photo to display on the wall. Utilise our ‘Preview’ button and alternate colour options (Colour, Black and White, Sepia) to provide you a real visual of what your custom print will look like in your home.

How will the print be received?

The prints will not exceed 1200mm per piece in width. Pieces will be printed of equal width to fit your wall i.e. 3000mm width = 3 x 1000mm pieces and delivered to your door rolled into a tube.


What is the cost of MyCustomWall?

Cost varies depending on how much you order. You can use our online store here to see how much your order would cost with no commitment to buy. Note that all prices are given in Australian dollars (AUD$).


Are their any refunds

We will refund/replace the print supplied if it has any manufacturing faults. We will not refund if you change your mind.


How do i know if my image uploaded is too small or of poor quality?

Large format printing requires high resolution images. Our website will automatically advise you if the quality of your uploaded image is not to the standard required for the size of your print.

If the system does not upload your image it is because your image is of low quality.


Can I upload an image direct from my digital camera or phone?

Not usually, however it will depend on your smart phone. For iphone users you should have the HDR selected in your settings.

I can’t find the image I want, what do I do?

Our online gallery has a wide range of images however we know we can’t have everything online. Please contact us with the image you are after and we can source it for you.

What sizes can I print – is there a minimum or maximum size?

This is limited by your wall size and your imagination! We have made MyCustomWall prints that are 1m x 1m up to 27 metres wide x 3 metres high!

Can you print outdoor or splashbacks?

Yes we certainly can. In our examples gallery you will see some samples of external prints and splash backs. We use different stocks for this process as they are more designed for those applications. Please contact us letting us know what you’re after and we can take care of the rest.

What is the material used to print my image on?

The material we use is the number #1 self adhesive polyester fabric with full blockout, so no need to change the colour of your existing wall. The fabric is wrinkle, bubble and tear resistant.


Can you send me a sample of the material?

Yes we can send you a sample of material to test on your wall.

Sample cost is $20 including shipping. Please contact us here to organise your sample.


Will removing the image from my wall remove paint or damage my wall?

No, the material used does not leave any sticky residue or damage your wall/paint.

When removing your wallpaper please ensure you remove slowly and carefully.


This product should not be applied to freshly painted walls. Please ensure a minimum of 1 week for paint to dry before applying MyCustomWall.


Can the print be applied to all surfaces?

Yes, it can adhere to most surfaces. It will stick to plaster or any smooth surface.


Is MyCustomWall easy to apply?

Yes. You will receive an instructional booklet that will show you the steps to apply your MyCustomWall print to your wall. You will find that it’s very easy!


What happens if i get bubbles when I am applying it?

Try not to use too much pressure and lightly rub your hand around the bubble. If they don’t go away slowly peel back and re-apply.


What happens if my walls are not square?

Once you have submitted your wall area – length x width (do not include skirting board or cornice) our system will automatically print an additional 20mm on the base of every panel to cater for any inconsistencies on your wall.


How can I store my print?

MyCustomWall prints can be applied and re-applied as many times as you wish. If you are removing the print to store temporarily we recommend you remove with care and lay the print face down on the floor (adhesive up), use the backing paper that you have kept from install and re-attach the paper on the back of the print before simply rolling the print and place it into a tube for safe keeping.


Can I make any design changes to the image or add text to the image

MyCustomWall has the ability to help complete your desired design. We want to help bring your room to life so please feel free to email us with your design requirements.

Additional design support will be at an added cost and can commence after full payment has been made for the print.

How long is delivery? Can I track my parcel?

Please allow up to 12 working days for dispatch from our factory. Yes, you can track your parcel online through Australia Post. You will be sent a tracking number upon dispatch.


What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping VIC, NSW, ACT, SA – $15, all other states $20


Can MyCustomWall ship overseas?

MyCustomWall is happy to send your goods anywhere in the world however freight charges will apply. Please contact us directly to quote for an overseas order.


Are there any duties / taxes included in the shipping overseas?

There are no standard duties for this product, each country has their own importation requirements and charges. It is the purchasers responsibility to investigate requirements and importation duties.


MyCustomWall will not be held responsible after the goods have been processed by Australia Post.

Should you wish to use your preferred international freight company we will require your account number.


Can I pay to have MyCustomWall installed?

Yes, all installation costs are quoted on an individual basis. Please contact us and we will provide you with a quote.
